Your submittal of any purchase order based upon the price quotations provided by Coba Måleteknikk AS indicates acceptance of these Standard Terms and Conditions. These Standard Terms and Conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order. These Standard Terms and Conditions do not apply when a purchase order is placed based on a long-term purchasing agreement, in which case, the terms of that agreement will govern. Kulite reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Standard Terms and Conditions.
